We do not expect there to be any issues as we thoroughly inspect each strand but, if we miss something and you notice defects in craftsmanship we offer a FREE replacement per strand. We appreciate your business, and it is important to us that you are happy.

Simply email us a photo of the defect to rhwaisted@gmail.com titled “WAIST BEAD REPLACEMENT” and we will make the process super easy!

NOTE: We will not replace your strand without a photo of the defect.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Once inspected, approved, and processed we will refund to original payment source. Shipping fee is non-refundable.
